As of Wednesday June 26th @ 0000 EDT the Race Committee is no longer on
station at the finish line.
Boats that remain racing after this time shall continue to finish in
accordance with SI 13.4 (a), and shall contact Bermuda Radio on VHF 27 once
they have done so, and prior to entering the Narrows Channel. Boats
electing to retire shall do so in accordance with SI 12.1.
